Well if DIP financing were approved or the case is thrown out shares will remain intact. However if a plan of reorganization is submitted and it does not explicitly state that shares will remain intact then no. Good thing at the present it seems the former will be the case --> PR about 32 potential orders. DIP financing is likely only after such a PR. We will likely have a heck of a PR week if the above is the case.
