Makes sense - however details are murky,

who reverse into who, how affects respective stakeholders...

There seems to be two companies not public (Bio Char Now and ATI).

Each is connected as either advisor or mgr to next, as well as like kind biz.

All good - but hard to know where the best advantage lays for shareholders....
