LUBBOCK did not hire mr MOTTA. True. PEMCO LLC DID. The ANGELS of the LUBBOCK OIL PATCH of dry hole fame joined in with PEMCO,LLC whose chief is carefully not known publically.

Mr MOTTA is merely the MANAGER of whatever it is that the ANGELS are up to, through PEMCO, LLC and which they attempted to disguise. It is doubtful in the extreme to me that Mr MOTTA owns even ONE share of CDEX...Much less a major shareholder.
