Here's a review of this illustrious corporate headquarters building...

Here is the real deal about this apartment complex. First, the building is filthy. The carpets are dirty. The signs have been torn down in the elevator. The building is full of noisy children. The machines and dryers in the laundry rooms don't work half the time.

This used to be a nice building 10 years ago. But it is under new management and their goal is to fill apartments at any cost. Therefore, they are not screening applicants and letting low lifes with hoards of children, drug dealers and other nefarious types in the building.

The building has one manager, Bob. He is feckless and useless. The only thing he does is empty garbage. If there is a crisis in the building, don't bother to call or page him, he won't answer. Half the time, you can not find in the office. My apartment needed numerous repairs that NEVER got fixed.

As far as the neighborhood goes, they are no services. No grocery store, no coffee shops or bakeries. It is a typical low income neighborhood with a police station on the corner that does nothing to improve the safety of the neighborhood. You may get robbed going to the drug store!

The apartment guide says that there is a door man. Please. There is a guy who sis at a desk on m-th from 5-9, maybe, if he shows up.

As for the apartments, this building used to be a high school. The ceilings are high and as such the apartments don't hold heat. You national grid bill will be as high as your rent because the apartments are all electric. The walls are thin

All in all, you want to live in the heart of the ghetto, then by all means rent there. Otherwise find some place else.
