You are incorrect IMO, this board has posted several times the PR"s and schedule Wayne has set and yes he has been a little late but always comes through. If Wayne was diluting there would be unpurchased shares left in the open Market. These shares are being purchased as soon as they are made available whether they are in t-trades, block purchases after 4:00pm or normal transactions during the day. I strongly believe a Merger/acquisition is in play.
