A - forward looking statements are in all PRs as things change and you just can't expect the company to get sued every time a business deal doesn't happen

B - if they have net profits of 1.6 on 4. I would say that they could easily reach 4 out of 11 in profit. But let's say their profit is just the 1.6, that is still a NET profit
