I watched Magika as well at the link you provided. It is in Russian or another old Eastern Bloc language. However, I don't know if you have kids or not. This is right on par with most kids movies. No, it's not Disney, yet it also didn't cost $100 million to make either...

I think it is aimed at the 3-8 age group, maybe 4-7,yet its perfect for them. If you think this is anywhere near bad, I have some movies for you to watch that the kids love. Kids don't see animation quality and besides that, Magkia is just fine. Maybe you should press the 720P/HD button on the link you provided...

This will be playing in my house and I will spread it too my friends/family for their kids as well once it is out on Hulu. You would be surprised how fast things for kids spread between parents, especially with Facebook these days...

On another note, I don't think most people understand there is an entire market who look for movies etc for their kids that don't star "white" kids/characters. Think, black Barbie...

This movie features what I am guessing characters from the Philippines/Pacific Islands or a similar place. That alone will draw in viewers, as parents of different ethnic backgrounds, try to show their kids they can achieve anything, and showing/staring characters who are not white draws people. This is something many may not understand, yet it is a real thing...

REDG should probably try and get the movie taken down as it is clearly a pirated copy posted on this site.

It is nice however too see the names in the credits in the beginning and given Magkia is now almost 4 years old. These names are still at REDG. So that shows dedication.
