I went back and found the post on equitygroups.com it was posted by Bernerd Chen on 3/27. Take it for what its worth

Hi All, I found this message board doing a search for HISC. I got really interested in this company after doing some research about their products and I really think they have a viable business plan. I bought 100k shares, and bought 100k shares for each of my kids. I believe if you buy here, you will be very rewarded within 2-3 years.

Okay, so I call investor relations today wanting to ask some questions. The person on the other line said investor relations is at a different number but asked me if he could help. I told him I was an investor and would like to ask some questions. He quickly introduced himself as Mr. Moody and I knew right away that I was speaking to the CEO. Here are some of the questions I asked and his responses:

1) When is 4th Q and the 10K coming out.

He said they are working on that as we are speaking and that they expect to have it finished by this week. He apologies for being late, but the company was being pulled 10 different ways and there was a lot of good news coming forth. He said the more good news that the company has, it makes more work for them and he acknowledge that they were a small company, but growing rapidly.

2) I asked him about the planned merger with uplisting. I knew I couldn't answer such a question, but I went ahead and posed it.

He said emphatically, yes, they are planning but he couldn't give me any details. He said they are on track but a little behind now. He said they will hold a conference call for all investor and that we should be hearing something soon. He went on to say that sales are brisk and the company is trying to take advantage of this growth. He sounded very bullish on the direction of the company.

3) We had small talk after that and he kept apologizing for being delayed, but acknowledges that the delayed was due to strong sales and growth. I asked him if I could visit the company in Ashville and he whole heartily said 'yes'. He was very nice and very willing to talk.

After talking with him, it just reaffirmed my belief in the company.
