Yes there defenetly has been some diluting there is no question about that. VMGI has been in much worse shape in the past. I'm going by the last 5 years of trading this stock. It has gone to 000s up to copper and silver every year to date. William has been working to improve the quality of this company throughout the years. Having some difficulty of course but still enough to get us to copper each year. I totally agree with you about the messes he has gotten this stock in throughout the years though. I guess we just see what happens in 2015. Does he get Beautyject launch or does he drop the ball on this one? Does h3 finally get Cowboy Mining launched or does he drop the ball on that again? I'm keeping an eye on the Agency Division office here in New York. I will be dropping by often when I'm in the city. William always calls me back or emails me when I reach out to him. He realizes he has made some unfortunate decisions within the last 5 years and he has admitted that to me. I have met him in person so I know this is not a game. Like I said, let see what happens in 2015. Riz
