Where there is smoke there is fire... If it looks like fraud, walks like fraud and there are many, many unrelated court cases accusing Treaty and pals of fraud, then using common sense and good investment logic then Treaty and pals are very likely committing FRAUD... Investors can use the information as the many red flag they are and exit, or sit and wait and see if a court says it's fraud. Of course, it would then be way to late. Myself, it's pretty clear with the mountain of evidence that has been posted that Treaty Energy is committing FRAUD...
