People who rely on their sense of smell are often mistaken and misled

the whole case here reeks of a sw deception from beginning to end

I believe someone stated that the Smart Win / EEGC relationship smelled like a JV. Well Judge Oing did not sniff it, he read the transaction documents and came to the only conclusion that it was possible to come to - no JV.

I would not trust my own sense of smell in this matter - I would always read carefully what actually happened. I most definitely would not place any credence on someone else's sense of smell, especially when it has proved to be totally unreliable in the past - smelling the roses rather than the massive pile of manure.
