I'm sure you agree we have no chance if our BOD doesn't buy stock when they legally can.

BCS Paladin, would you agree that "if" some type of deal has been agreed to with Peregrine and some other party that it would now be illegal for Peregrine BOD to buy on that information, just as it would be illegal for that other party to buy shares?

I have posted before about how it is illegal to buy these "non-routine" type of shares but it is actually SEC legal to pick up "routine" buy like shares. So the next question "routine" type buying of shares would be ok for that other party under a certain agreement could then actually be concealed from the public by a request to the SEC ( hence, the abnormal large buy orders each quarter ) and I know this is hypothetical but I guess I should say if its ok for another party to get SEC approval to accumulate shares of another company (Peregrine!), then I think its even more so possible that the SEC allows those close to the company (Peregrine BOD) to silently buy shares under the same SEC approval of not disclosing it to the public as well...

until a certain time or condition is met where the foundation of the agreement comes from in the first place. That certain condition or time would be a certain FDA approval or manufacturing upgrade or both...

I know, some hypothetical there but it goes down a line to explain why things are blindly happening, except we see 30M shares here and there being bought... all those buy orders can not be concealed.

I think of the craziest things at times... maybe its the "tryptophan" in the turkey... not sure but see, now one must think Brigitte Phan and Allergan and why was Allergan targeted all of a sudden.... round in circles we go

"Bavituximab is a first-in-class phosphatidylserine (PS)-targeting monoclonal antibody that is the cornerstone of a broad clinical
pipeline."
-- Big Pharmas nightmare... unless they are fortunate enough to have The Bavi Edge!
