On October 28, 2014, defendant in the above-captioned case filed a motion to stay proceedings, and plaintiffs filed a response on November 17, 2014. Now, plaintiffs in a related case, Washington Federal v. United States, 13-385C, (“Washington Federal plaintiffs”) have submitted a motion for leave to file in this case an amicus brief regarding defendant’s motion to stay. Defendant has filed an opposition to the motion filed by the Washington Federal plaintiffs. Because an amicus brief filed by the Washington Federal plaintiffs would be of assistance in resolving defendant’s motion to stay, and for the reasons outlined in the motion filed by the Washington Federal plaintiffs, the court GRANTS the motion to file an amicus brief. The amicus brief shall be filed by no later than Friday, December 5, 2014.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
