Gary, UBRGs was that way for a while once. I am going to go out on a limb here and say that UBRG either got rid of their accountants or they left on their own when Ali decided that buying Nikki a Lamborghini for her birthday in July was more important than paying the bills. Also as evidenced by their license fees being delinquent and the latest 10Q NT which looks like it was copied from a prior one and somebody just updated the information. The format is completely off.

Not sure what is going on here but if it were something that would negatively affect shareholders and is not being disclosed Ali would be personally liable.

Give NDR a call and ask them. Because the domain is unavailable my thought is the person updating their site needs a check.
