SC, That 10-Q was in fact filed on Nov 24 2014, but as with Cortex's SEC filings over the last several years, the filing says at the top that it covers an earlier period, but then actually does include some new info.

For example, the 10-K filed on Nov 14 2014 says that it covers the fiscal year ending Dec 31 2012, but the narrative sections appear fully updated, while some of the financial sections are several years old ('Consolidated Balance Sheet' for example). I assume they'll be getting these SEC filings fully back up to speed before long.

Btw, looks like Aurora helped in arranging the recent financing (along with Gelband), so Dr. Lippa's financing connections are already paying off -
