Not important--the cusip change is a "tree" in the "forest." And please mind that it is not clear whether it was denied--or GNCP has the option if they wish to change at a more timeous date. Let's assume the presentation that GNCP "elected to retain its cusip" was spin for they were denied a new cusip. Don't you suspect that GNCP may have planned for such a development?

My point is--GNCP is focused on the "forest" imo, and these arguments about individual "trees" are inconsequential. Actually--to witness the focus on small stuff-- if GNCP is witnessing is very telling to them. They can use it. And I hope that they do. Because I support their success.
