I tend to agree with you TB, now that the Court case is over. Not only would it benefit the opening price of CDEX, but it could significantly reduce the number of CDEX shares that would have to be sold to fund the distribution and closure. Which would in turn propel the SP of CDEX in an upward fashion.

Anybody else have any thought on this matter? Let's talk it over. Art
