The SEC doesn't give a warning that a ticker is going to be suspended or halted. They just do it and then start asking pertinent questions.

True, but given that tomorrow is part of the Thanksgiving holiday period, I highly doubt the SEC will have the people to make and implement a decision to suspend by tomorrow.

More likely the SEC will suspend Monday or much more likely Tuesday. If they plan to reverse trades from yesterday, I would think they would suspend Monday before the open. Otherwise, I think the SEC would use Monday as the first available day for their internal discussions and preliminary investigation and contacting the company and PR service and then make a decision to suspend before the open on Tuesday.

My guess is the odds for suspension are:

Friday: 5 percent
Monday: 20 percent
Tuesday: 75 percent
After Tuesday - who knows - the odds probably go down from there unless and until the investigation indicates either (1) company implicated in the fake PRs, (2) continued confusion in the market, or (3) ongoing trading shenanigans or more fake PRs, emails, and tweets.
