These oil prices are not going to help either but I expect OPEC is just trying to upset the U.S.A. government and put pressure on the American dollar and I'm sure it is doing just that too...I expect Mother Russia is also not all too happy right now. Hold and wait this is a good time to have lizard delays three months from now price of oil will be high. JMO
