As of the last filing, the total liabilities are a little over 7 million USD with around 5 million directly related to the convertible notes and derivative liabilities related to that type of financing.

That last O/S increase which exploded from 20 mill to 113 mill on the huge run up to .60 PPS took care of about 930,000.00 of that debt, still around 6 million to go....this is IMHO, but read the financials....
