Agreed, I also think to much emphasis on dilution.

Dilution changes the EPS not the pps. Creating a loss in company value, not stock value. Most otc companies have no EPS to effect. So, dilution can't really effect the company value in the first place. imo

Now, having cash on hand, that's huge for a new company. It gives them the means to grow. After all, we do want the company to grow, right. So logic dictates "Dilution" is great news.
