I'm not buying the story about him being overextended on an electricity deal either. He is supposed to be a billionaire and he can't come up woth 10 million or so to fund his portion of the rights offering? I'm not buying it. I think either he knowingly chose not to participate or he could not wire the money due some issues be had in transporting cash in a briefcase. That almost certainly got him on some watch international watch lists.
