All 144 legend removal requests went through Weed, how convenient.
Weed was involved with the remnants of the predecessor shell Livewire RM into.
Weed was on board leading up the paid for Pump n Dump run-up on Livewire shares which was nicely aided by timely PRs from Livewire.
Weed also dumped shares near the height of one of the multiple PumpnDumps run on Livewire shares.
Some suggest even after Weeds resignation from Livewire (probably so he could sell more shares without being considered an affiliate and therefore not required to report those sales to the SEC) he continued clandestine advising and/or conducting business with Livewire
Curiously, Bill Hodson (CEO Livewire) has become very quiet since the FBI arrest of Richard Weed for securities fraud and other criminal charges. Coincidence??
