SEC will determine who did what wrong. Ihub board will speculate.

I was in F S P M suspended for 2 weeks by SEC. There were no major red flags unlike in this case which screams red flag. And no wrong doing was ever found on the Company's part by the SEC. No charges ever brought. Went gray, everyone lost 75%.
