But it is also interesting that the document mentions that the Appendices attached thereto are a part of the contract,

Appendix One is defined a a map of the mining claims.

Appendix Three is stated to contain the definition of oommercial production but not specifically limited to only that

and

I cannot find any reference to an Appendix Two, that I presume to exist based on the numbering of each Appendix referenced in the document ie ONE and THREE

What is in that Appendix TWO???

If anyone can find a reference to Appendix Two in the document I would appreciate them pointing it out to me and I will stand corrected. I am not working with a printed copy of the document but only on screen which (at least on my computer)is difficult to read line by line and I cannot search out the word Appendix for each time it appears in the document .
