Companies don't file a Q4 report.

They file a 10-K at the end of the year which encompasses the 4th quarter. The 10-K is also allowed a longer reporting time, so they wouldn't probably file until March.

I was referring to PYDS reporting their processing numbers in early January. i.e. they processed $796m last quarter.
