BREAKING: I just got off the phone with Dave Campiti and he told me that as far as he knows, the 3 Dec launch is still on! He said Benny holds things very tight but no one has said it's not going to happen.

Seems to me that if there was a delay, Dave would know. He also went on for about 10 mins praising the creative aspect (his area) of the books.
