Because you are involved in a PUBLIC COMPANY , on which the funds are raised by selling shares to the PUBLIC , and because our Management is not the Red Cross and , sorry , is getting paid for managing this PUBLIC Company with PUBLIC funds ... Either they are going to share their success , or we are going to take a loss , that's what trading involves as risk , for any stock trader ....

Just ask yourself, why are you and I paying them when they have delivered zero value to the shareholder?
