I do not have information regarding the issuance of additional convertible notes beyond what has been disclosed in the Company’s filings. Even if I did have that information, I would not be allowed to disclose material information that has not already been disclosed by the Company.

The Company’s fundraising will be an ongoing activity. ERHC will need to fund a quarter of its share of costs for the current phase of work in Kenya and funds are needed for the upcoming seismic survey in Chad. ERHC presented information about the budget for both the Kenya and Chad work programs in 2012. For Chad, refer to slides 35 and 35 in www.slideshare.net/dpkpr/special-meetingmgtpresentationfinal.

Most of the work that had been slated for the 2014 budget is currently slated for 2015. Obviously, if we are able to secure a farm-in partner, that would change the situation dramatically for ERHC, but we must forge ahead in order to satisfy the PSC requirements.
