While I'm not all that concerned about the convertible debt and think everyone is over reacting over something that is NOT toxic, I am concerned that all of this fear will result in a sub penny stock.

It's bad enough that most institutions do not buy penny stocks...sub penny stocks are off the radar of even individual investors.

Less than 1% of companies that go sub penny recover and most end up doing a reverse split. That will be our death knell.

People need to get a grip and see the value that this company is...but we go sub penny and the irrational fear will over power even common sense.

Our volume is NOTHING close to the convertible debt sellers...we are now beyond a combination of convertible debt sellers and tax loss selling...and are now into fear selling.
