Ever heard the plea term "no contest?"

The AG stated that a suit was filed against Aaron Stanz/US Credit, they "plead" "no contest" and the charges are reduced to an agreement for Aaron/US Credit to give refunds, instead of an expensive prosecution for "phone bill cramming."

Clearly it wasn't enough to stop Aaron as the annual for US Credit was never filed in Delaware(typical Aaron)in 2010, instead he created another phone bill cramming "company" called US Music, but miracle of miracles, no phone bills in Illinois were crammed with that one, imagine that.

Creates US Credit in 2009 and gets caught cramming Illinois consumers(that we know of for absolute positive)phone bills and when called out on the carpet for it claims it was all a mistake, but then creates another company that does the same thing in 2010, but crams mobile phone bills instead of home phone like in Illinois(US Credit)and no billing mistakes in Illinois on his second phone bill cramming scheme, US Music. Imagine that.
