Exactly, I don't know why people are having a hard time seeing the true ask and bid. STBV ask 0.0001 and bid 0.00001 as of 11/26/14. If you cannot enter orders to sell at 0.00001 then just put in a market order as you said and it will be processed at 0.00001.
