That's right TFN. The stock is being sold to keep the company going and I don't need to read the filing to know it's happening. Do you have an alternate plan while we're waiting on the right financing deal? I have been overall positive about this company since John Howell left. I guess you need to do a little DD on me as well.

PS- Looking back over the past several months, it seems that I have developed a low tolerance for incompetence.
