Yes, but DRIO will hardly be able to muster any legal aid monies (they are foreigners though, so one can conceive they might get some) from cousin Obomb and his Repub friend-zies? Believe a mere doggle version design patent, could not hold back 3-D printer versions of DRIO cable, or whatever.

Lets talk about earnings coming up next quarter.
One might posit can DRIO show much positive earnings against the general year-end market trend? Those Furg-gie-copy riot sans demos fostered all around the country magically, with the same rob-and-burn and freeway cluttering concern for civilization enhancement, surely are the Right Stuff to prep our faulting economy of happy consumerism.

Super Polar Vortex cold icing, that's another plus for the holiday season shoppers.

However; such above silly ramblings cannot affect our DRIO customers (of medical need), right? Our stock is the special royal step-child that can sector-wise . . . go volumes against the general market outlook.

The last quarter earnings were a good thing . . . BUT note that on say sales so far . . . of 3000 mobile device units (and were such 3000 real sales or just shelf placements in retail display stalls); we find little cheer for retail investors hop-ium of positive progress to another exchange uplisting, etc. DRIO business expenses eat them up AND SOME.

DRIO (and us retail investors) will need 10s of thousands of reader device sales, to show a valid positive to our revenue accounting (maybe even 100,000s of reader sales).

Back to our beloved Asian competitor (I mean ally) Model: China has big growing diabetes prob-blem-oes. Translation: China is slowly loosing foreign device sales of all kinds right now. Scenario--->China or India or South Korea SamSung 'jumps right in' and buy/copy a valid present and future potential medical business sector (like making solar and TVs and computers and cellphones). Asian policy of our new hood paddie pal . . . is to win, any way they can. A few minor alerations to SW and cellphone case and attachment blood reader, and DRIO is in Big Trouble In River City! Does DRIO have 1 or even two years to 'make-it-happen' for the manufacture and marketing of their mobile blood reader device? Who really knows?

Further: what kind of FDA Approval PR stock price effect can we retailers hope for?
My pure guess is we could see .40-1.95.
Would this be possible? Ah!
Now the tires hit the payment!
What kind of advertising/promo budget would make this possible?
I know . . . I know . . .Teacher!! Me! . . . Me! . . . Me!

Millions of new $$! . . . someone will want to just throw out there.
Do you actually think a firestorm of buying will develop from self-fees based on face book-ing? Maybe.

I propose that it will take an active educational and sales force physically going to doctor/caregiver offices and organizations. Things like ed-sit-ins with potential customers will have to happen. Example, parent-teacher associations.
And massive in-store demo manned display tables.

Unless DRIO gets a wonderful new partner(s) to help $-wise, its a slow climb up the stock price slope. Our best option (as I see it), is to rapidly find someone who wants to buys DRIO out. Alternately, DRIO does a penny stock online TV interview and flash-up side ad gig thingy on computer screens? Don't forget the alternative, etc. health sites all over the internet, where real health concerned tend to use and follow.
Why not go directly to Samsung (looking for new sales tech desperately), or an Amazon 'We-are-money-pockets', and we get brought out for somewhere in my .40-1.95 price range. <--but I do not envision
this will happen . . . as DRIO is in 'MY dream' mode (they think they can tackle the big guys). Best hope Uncle Gold Man and the other folk love their Israeli ploy?

Who am I to Poor-trend the future?
Lets just sit nicely back and let the ice rains drop.
Turn the Lemons into Lemon-aid ice-cubes . . . Think Positive Actualization
