If they raise the money without giving away the shares , 50 million dollars would equal a 300 million shares to be sold at 17 cents , or 500 million at 10 cents , all depends on how they can negotiate. they do have a billion shares authorised so they have the shares to sell. The market does not like dilution , hoping for the best.
