I have to disagree with your statement about publicity. 'Getting the word out' is on par as a priority as distribution. This is the second time I've been in a situation that the company has excellent products but nobody knows about them and sales flounder, O/S increases and pps decreases. Marketing seems to be that cost that is put on the back burner, but it's a catch 22, without proper marketing revs will continue to be rubbish. Apart from a few tweets in the very beginning has anyone ever seen anything by Martha about her Essentials line, cuz I haven't. Has NRTI sent out anyone to see exactly where their products are in these 18k outlets, maybe they're on the bottom shelf out of eye line?

Personally I would have preferred to see a doubling of the O/S to disseminate a full blown, targeted, marketing strategy, as in TV ads.

It's no use having great products in the world if nobody knows about them. JMO
