There has been no motions entered in OUR Spherix v Cisco case since the first week in Sept., 2014 yet there is no stay. Spherix claims that Bockstar v Cisco and Spherix V Cisco are two separate cases and yet Cisco, in their counterclaims, requested to have Spherix's and it's patents joined in the Bockstar V Cisco litigation and as far as I can tell we are currently joined in that case. If we are not joined in that litigation then why is a lawyer representing Spherix represented in that case? If we are joined in the Bockstar V Cisco why are we not part of that term sheet settlement? Why hasn't Spherix clarified their involvement in the Bockstar/ Cisco litigation, or even mentioned it? How can the court join Spherix in the Bockstar litigation, and not stay the Spherix V Cisco?

If anyone would like to ask these questions of Spherix be my guest. Just use the above. More than likely they will answer your questions via telephone and skirt them.
