lasers, you probably know better than anyone here, especially me, but, in having Dr. Alain Algazi of UC-San Francisco as the lead, does this mean that as a neutral third party, this eliminates any possible bias if either Merck or OncoSec had been the lead?

I don't know if I'm making myself clear. I hope you can figure out my question.
