Wishful list of rationalizations

Confirmed license and product production
CEO well connected in the beverage industry
Unique lifestyle product with potential hugh new market
A ceo with an ego bigger than the a/s and than some
An announcement of many pr's and new developments in the near future.
Claims of not being a penny stock ceo
1.25 million to help move things along.
Timing of the r/s couldn't be more profoundly picked. He had to of thought this through. It's possible that this will end up being a gift to shareholders hence the insane timing. Or it's the most sadistic date a ceo can pick because of all the crap we've said about his being a pos ceo.

I think I need to get some coffee in me so I don't puke on an empty stomach.
