Seeing that Juan is in charge of Business Development, and the fact that he has sold over 10,000 units, he's probably the one who's helping MELY get the long term loan for $2M to purchase the miners from his company. He gets paid from MELY and from 112. It's a win win for him and a great business plan for MELY.
