MC, I get about the same from this Case of 4 years ago.
Except that it looks like he was making regular business for quite some time, Paying his obligations , when his customers paid him.
On this case, his customers, didn't pay him on time, therefore he couldn't pay his debts on time. However, he was attempting to make payments whenever he received customer payments. Plaintiff's got impatient and sued him, but lost. There was NO Contract.
So he ran a business out of his home, back then. He can run it out of the back of his pick up truck as far as I'm concerned. as long as he makes money.
Fast-Forward to present day:
-Usually can't sue a Fairy Tale in court, So I guess he's a real person.
-Somebody must be doing something Business/Corporation-like. He's been filing Quarterly reports on time with a bona-fide government agency (SEC)since February this year.
- Now there's 2 quarters of showing profits
That's all I need to see.
My comments are my opinions and observations only and should be considered as such.
