well to be open i sold a the most of my shares in rox and only hold a small position and i am hoping to buy more at a lower price. Im not saying it is overbought because of any charts and technical indicators. I found rox while i was looking for good trades and when doing research i found this is a real company with real long term potential so i never considered this a stock i trade but i loaded around 80cents and once i saw it close to $2 it had run up to much and would be overvalued at that price so i sold most of my holding in rox. when i originally purchased i thought hey this stock could earn 1maybe 2 cents a share within 2 years and at that price at 20x earning that puts it at 80-1.60 a share within 2 years so potentially doubling my money so i was excited. So even if they earn 1penny a share that puts them at 80cents a share on a 20x earning multiple basis leaving growth out of it. Take its current price of 1.60 and bammm thats 40x earning if they reported a huge uptick in earning next qaurter not even at 14% growth can that justyify 40x earning in the near term?
