The only thing I make of it is that they're looking at big plans. Whether they pan out is a different story. This "secret" crap is just total BS. I have no idea how the preferred stock weighs in. And I can't take the NYSE upgrade seriously. Really? From Pinks to NYSE? Doubt it. And how convenient for them to DROP the PPS down to .0001 to "buy back" and cancel 675 million shares.
