Maybe they ain't been paid. Or could be a get your pay outa the P&D thang that they were to generate but didn't.

So far the only thing they did was set up CDEX for the meeting with the Bankers and finance companies.

Result zero.

It would take a truly creative liar even better than TOMSHEBOY ever was to make this turkey look like a winner.
