Cen Biotech a subsidiary of FITX applied to grow medical MJ in Lakeshore. No need for changes since applicant for HC licenses has always been Cen Biotech not FITX on documentation since IMO the plan was to do this all along. Funny how HC updates page today and news last weed seems big things ahead.

Thank you for taking the time to contact John and the company. I can assure you our corporate vision remains the same. All of our actions are taken in the best interest of the shareholders... All shareholders. In the near future, we will answer most if not all of your questions.

The Current board remains intact until our legal formalities are followed. Our press release was reviewed by 4 sec attorneys. We ensure we follow the letter of the law. It was not intentionally vague; that was the product of the multiple reviews by our legal counsel.

Regarding my travel schedule and the operation of the business ... It is also absolutely necessary. I can assure you I am not on vacation. My attendance is not required at all meetings, including Lakeshore council meetings. I have a very capable staff who have clear instructions and access to me 24/7 - 365 regardless where I am in the world. My job is to continue to move this company forward through our multiple projects... Not just one.
