If Berry is pulling a scam, I would advise GEIG investors to not sell their stock. Why? If everybody sell their position in GEIG, Berry then can raise the share price with little or no consequence. Whereby start another round of ripping off investors with lower stock prices.

Not sure what would happen if Berry does the reverse stock split then raises prices to cover for the existing investors with reduced share power, then raise the share price to do another round of stealing from new investors.
