S-3 for license dont panic Read this report


It is a analysis of many companys and what happens after they file a s-3. Most stocks go down anywhere up ro 10% the day after they file. We didn't. Also go scroll down to the bottom od the link and rwas the comment that this is typical when getting ready to license. The cell is coming shortly no reason to panic this helps somewhat confirm its weeks to months away.
