As the convertible Notes due in December are approaching, is there any progress worth to share with your fellow shareholders? It could help this almost worthless PPS and by the way reduce the amount of common shares to issue to toxic financiers in order to cover those Notes, don’t you think?
All members of the management team including Director William who is in London are working daily on finance with a focus on “high net worth investors” to further assist the company as it brings the Liberty Mill and the other projects further on line. This includes conversations on the possible refinancing of convertible notes. As of today, there is no additional news releases concerning additional financing. The company will release information to the investment community as it is completed.
Did you get any financing lately in order to pursue the operations at Liberty or Rose Creek?
We have held back on additional financing while the year-end is being filed. Although, we have completed the funding for the mill purchase during this period.
