I for one would love an official explanation because it makes no sense to me. South Carolina is geographically more central to the states in the "cotton zone" than North Carolina. Not to mention it would IMMEDIATELY enable the massive production that the company dangles in front of its share holders every chance it gets. And if this decorticator really is the only one of its magnitude in North America, I can't imagine they would be too worried about there being competition. To me, its like, "Lets invest in a 20 million dollar decortication plant and plop it right into a state that let's us utilize half of its production capabilities."

I'm all about the future of this company but North Carolina just doesn't add up. I'm sure there's an explanation to it but I just haven't heard it yet.
