Ok pgeorge, but, buyback from what? How many out at thispoint, and once a NEW investor see's the T/A is gagged, now what? It's not about the 110mil, but the 110 from what? We don't know the what? So you can't divide anything into the WHAT to get an answer? Do you understand the words coming outta my mouth? {grin}

That is the first thing everyone looks at before investing in a penny stock.

What's the what so I can see the final WHAT!
